| A. Store Manager | |
| 🎓 Qualification: | Graduate (Any discipline) |
| ⏳ Experience: | 2–5 years in Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG preferred. |
| 📋 Responsibilities & Skills: |
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end store operations, achieve business targets, lead & develop team, ensure cleanliness & stock availability, monitor inventory/shrinkage/wastage, implement SOPs & safety standards, handle customer escalations. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, basic computer knowledge. |
| 💰 Salary: | Up to ₹40,000 / month (Depending on current salary) |
| B. Store Supervisor | |
| 🎓 Qualification: | Class 12 pass (Graduation preferred) |
| ⏳ Experience: | Minimum 1 year in store inventory management (Freshers not preferred) |
| 📋 Responsibilities & Skills: |
Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations, manage inventory & stock replenishment, guide team in picking/packing/stocking, ensure stock accuracy & cleanliness, monitor expiry/wastage, maintain reports. Skills: Good communication, teamwork, basic computer knowledge, ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights). |
